What to Expect

Going somewhere new for the first time can be an intimidating experience.  At Axis Church, we remember our first day too, so we try to make sure your visit with us is a warm, friendly experience.  Our style is more casual and truly reflects a "come as you are" environment.

We will have folks at the door to greet you, to help you feel welcome, & can help direct you to wherever it is you need to go.

At our Welcome Center you will be able to  get answers to any questions you may have, information about our church & its activities, or simply have a chance to meet people.

Thirsty?  You will be able to grab a cup of coffee or some water; making yourself comfortable.  Yes, of course you will be able to take your drink with you into the worship service!

Worship Service -- people will tend to show up early to grab some coffee, find a seat, and spend some time greeting & visiting.   Service will begin with singing and music performed by our band.

A Time to Reflect -- at some time in the service we will a few quiet moments that we call a time to reflect.  At this time, communion is passed and all are welcome & encouraged to participate in joining in by taking the bread and juice as it is passed.

There will be a message that is based on the Bible, that will help us better understand who we are, who God is, and how it all relates to the world we live in.

At Time to Give Back --  at some time during the worship service, an offering will be taken.  Do not feel like you have to participate in the offering; you will be our guest.  The offering will provide an opportunity for our regular church partners to give back to God.

Service will normally conclude with a prayer.  Feel free to stick around afterwards to meet our Pastors, have another cup of coffee, or simply socialize.

As a guest, we will not single you out or ask you to stand & be recognized. There will be an connect card that we encourage you to complete.   This will allow us to thank you for taking the time to visit & share in worship with us.

Thanks for checking us out.    We look forward to seeing you at our next Worship service.
